Welcome to Winter's Turkey Farm, nestled in the southern prairies just 30 km east of Calgary. Our turkeys are raised with utmost care, ensuring their comfort, health, and well-being. With plenty of space to roam in sunshine and fresh air, our turkeys are raised free range and are whole grain fed.
Experience the freshness of our turkeys during Thanksgiving and Christmas with our available fresh turkeys. For year-round enjoyment, we offer frozen turkeys and other turkey products available at various retail outlets or directly from our farm.

Since 1958, we have proudly produced Winter's Turkeys, with a commitment to quality and sustainability. Our flocks primarily consist of hens, raised to a plump 17 to 22 pounds for an excellent finish and naturally self-basting, delicious flavor.

Whole Grain Fed
At Winter's Turkeys, we take pride in our carefully crafted feed program that has been developed and perfected over generations, starting with Grandpa Jack. Our turkeys are fed a whole grain diet with a base of whole wheat, ensuring they receive optimal nutrition.
Our carefully crafted feed program, developed over generations, ensures optimal nutrition for our turkeys. It begins when they arrive as day-old poults and includes a fine, crumbled feed for the first four weeks, gradually increasing whole wheat until it reaches 90% by week 14. Our organic turkeys are fed a farm-mixed diet of organic wheat, soy meal, flax or canola meal, peas, and minerals, with gradual inclusion of whole wheat. We are dedicated to providing top-quality nutrition through our expertly designed feed program.
