Ingredients
  • 2-4 tbsp brown sugar or maple syrup
  • 2-4 tbsp prepared mustard
Instructions
  1. Wash and pat the bird dry.
  2. Generously spread approximately 2-4 tablespoons of brown sugar, cane sugar or maple syrup mixed with an equal amount of prepared mustard over the entire bird, it’s messy.
  3. Roast your smoked turkey, covered, at 300 or 325 degrees, bringing the breast to 160 degrees, although the turkeys are fully cooked, they are tender and succulent after roasting them for approximately 3 hours.
  4. All smoked turkeys are made from Winter’s free range turkeys. Smoked turkeys contain some nitrate.
