Ingredients
- lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup white onion or shallot finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups kale leaves finely chopped
- pinch red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/8 tsp sage
- 1/8 tsp rosemary

Instructions
- Over medium heat, sauté ground turkey in clarified butter or oil, add onion or shallot, add herbs. Gently cook through, add pepper flakes and your choice of seasoning. Add the finely chopped kale and garlic. Sauté for approximately 5 minutes.
- Serve over rice, in wraps or with vegetables.
