Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 tsp black papper
- 1 tsp fresh sage alt 1/8 tsp dried sage or poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tsp fresh rosemary alt 1/4 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp fresh thyme alt 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
- 1. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. overnight preferred. 2. Shape into 4 patties. 3. Cook in a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat, about 5 minutes per side.
