Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 - 1/3 C sour cream
- 1/2 C grated soft cheese eg. havarti
- 1/4 C chopped onion finely chopped
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 C bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp seasoning salt
- ground pepper to taste
- 1/8 tsp rosemary
- 12 slices bread
- softened butter

Instructions
- 1. Combine all ingredients except ground turkey. Gently stir in the turkey to make tart filling. 2. Trim crusts from bread and butter one side. 3. Place butter side of bread down into muffin tin, pushing the bread down to form a shell for the filling. 4. Spoon filling into bread shells. 5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
